We offer a 10 days, from the ending date of the auction, return policy for items that are materially mis-represented or will not work. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. If 10 days since the end of the auction have gone by, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Monies paid for shipping and handling charges will be refunded in the form of a store credit only. We can not refund shipping and handling charges in the form of cash.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer as we make no representation that a manufacturer warranty is valid on any of the products we sell since we are not authorized resellers of most of the products we sell.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Once your return is received, inspected and tested, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

All returns MUST use a generic shipping box as the outer packaging for the shipment. Any returned item that is shipped back in the manufacturer’s packaging without an outer shipping box will be refused or, at best, a partial credit given.
