Q: What is included in my purchase?
A: The photos show all that is included. The photos will include chargers, cords, and all parts and pieces. Nothing additional is provided. If you think something should be included that is not shown, please contact us for clarity before purchasing.
Q: How do I know what is different from the original manufacturer’s sale?
A: Our open-box items are in excellent condition. Any imperfections, flaws or differences from the original retail condition will be noted in the descriptions. All items are checked, verified, and carefully packaged in good condition. If a product is in a condition other than described when you receive it, please contact Us. We will work to make it right by either replacing it or refunding your money.
Q: What forms of payment may I use?
A: We accept only PayPal payments. No cash or COD. All purchases are prepaid. Immediate payment is required for “Buy it now” items. Items purchased through auction or offers must be paid in full at the time you are notified of winning a bid or an accepted offer. No items will be shipped until payment is received.
Q: I have multiple discounts, promotions or codes. Can I use them all?
A: Pick the one that best suits your purchase. Promotions cannot be combined.
Q: I got the item, but it wasn’t what I expected. What’s your return policy?
A: We strive to provide condition information on every item so you fully realize what you are purchasing. However, if you are not satisfied in your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. We provide a 100% guarantee. While we are not an authorized reseller of the products and do not represent any manufacturer’s warranties, we will handle every aspect of returns. A prepaid shipping label will be provided for returns. Returned items are inspected upon return. Items must be returned in the exact same condition as we shipped it. Any damage or missing items (including packaging material, instruction manuals, etc.), marks to the manufacturer’s box, or use of the manufacturer’s box as the shipping box will result in monies withheld from the refund. Refunds are applied with 5 business days of the returned item being received. We are not responsible for insuring packages. Refunds can only be applied to the original payment account used to make the purchase for your security.
Q: When should I expect my item to arrive?
A: We ship within 1 business day of the payment clearing. We do not offer local pick-up.
Q: I chose the wrong address. Can you send it someplace else?
A: We ship to the address provided at the time of payment. Please ensure the address is correct. We cannot change or reroute a package. After three attempts to deliver, a package will be returned to us. This may result in additional shipping charges and/or restocking fees. We provide tracking numbers with our carriers. Please use these to ensure someone is available to sign for packages exceeding $400.
