1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to BuyLow Warehouse LLC ("BuyLow Warehouse," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, contacting us, or purchasing inventory, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. Questions: support@buylowwarehouse.com.
Eligibility
Our services are for businesses and resellers. By using them you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into business transactions on behalf of yourself or your company, and that the information you provide is accurate and current.
Our products (liquidation inventory)
BuyLow Warehouse sells wholesale liquidation inventory (truckloads, pallets, and related merchandise) sourced from returns, overstock, and closeouts.
Loads are sold as described on the manifest, which is an estimate. Actual contents may vary from the manifest; a variance of up to approximately 30% is normal for liquidation merchandise.
Condition (e.g., customer returns, shelf-pulls, overstock, salvage) is disclosed per load. Merchandise is sold as-is except as stated in our guarantee below.
Make It Right Guarantee: if a delivered load is grossly different from what was represented, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and we will work with you to make it right per our then-current policy.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted per load/pallet and may change until an order is confirmed.
Payment is due in full before a load ships or is released for pickup, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes; provide a valid resale/tax-exemption certificate where required (see §6).
Shipping, freight & delivery
We can arrange freight or you may arrange your own, as agreed per order.Delivery dates and freight estimates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes per the agreed shipping terms.
You are responsible for having appropriate unloading capability (dock/forklift) at the delivery location unless arranged otherwise.
6. Resale, tax & compliance
Buyers are responsible for complying with all laws governing the resale of liquidation merchandise, including product-safety, labeling, recall, and intellectual-property restrictions.
A valid resale certificate is required for tax-exempt purchases.
Some merchandise may carry selling restrictions (e.g., marketplace or brand limitations); you are responsible for confirming your right to resell.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose, and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Text messaging (SMS) program
When you opt in — verbally with a representative, or by signing our Text Messaging & Email Agreement (a separate, optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox) — you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and account/order/customer-service text messages from BuyLow Warehouse at the number you provide (including load offers, promotions, order and delivery updates, and replies to your inquiries).
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with subcontractors who help us deliver these messages (e.g., our messaging provider), solely for that purpose.

Email communications
If you opt in, we may send marketing and account/order emails. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any marketing email.

Like most websites, we use cookies and standard log files (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages visited) to operate the site, understand usage, and improve our services. Your data rights (CCPA / GDPR)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact support@buylowwarehouse.com; we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content (logos, text, images, and design) is owned by or licensed to BuyLow Warehouse and may not be copied or used without permission.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Except for the Make It Right Guarantee in §3, merchandise and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuyLow Warehouse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the load giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold BuyLow Warehouse harmless from claims arising out of your resale of merchandise or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page; continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated Terms.
